Official Giveaway Rules
1. Sponsor
The 3Dbatch Parent & Child Expo Workshop Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by 3Dbatch, Ottawa, Ontario (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The prize must be redeemed in person at 3Dbatch, located at 2720 Queensview Drive, Ottawa, Ontario. Transportation, accommodation, parking, and any other expenses associated with travelling to or attending the workshop are not included in the prize.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 17, 2026 and closes on Sunday, October 18, 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary.
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official 3Dbatch Giveaway entry form during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
Following 3Dbatch on Facebook and/or Instagram is encouraged but is not required to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) prize is available to be won.
The prize consists of admission to one eligible 3Dbatch 3D Printing Workshop for one child and one participating parent.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $156.62 CAD, inclusive of applicable taxes and processing fees. The winner will not be required to pay any amount to redeem the prize.
The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
6. Prize Redemption
The prize must be redeemed for an eligible 3Dbatch workshop taking place on or before February 28, 2027.
The winner must book the workshop at least seven (7) days before the scheduled workshop date.
Workshop dates are subject to availability. Registration for a particular workshop date is not guaranteed until confirmed by 3Dbatch.
The prize cannot be used toward a workshop taking place after February 28, 2027.
7. Winner Selection
Following the close of the Giveaway, one potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided with the entry.
The selected entrant must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification.
If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within 72 hours, does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not correctly answer the skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules, the selected entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected.
9. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Giveaway will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the selected entrant, and awarding the prize.
Consent to receive promotional or marketing communications from 3Dbatch is optional and is not required to enter or win the Giveaway.
11. General Conditions
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to comply with these Official Giveaway Rules.
3Dbatch reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, submitted through unauthorized means, or otherwise do not comply with these Official Giveaway Rules.
3Dbatch reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
